The Tun Razak Leadership Programme is the Foundation’s flagship initiative dedicated to developing the next generation of Malaysian leaders. Designed for outstanding SPM school-leavers, the programme identifies young individuals with strong academic achievement, active co-curricular involvement, and clear leadership potential.
Grounded in the values and vision of Tun Abdul Razak, the programme immerses participants in ethical leadership, national identity, and responsible citizenship. Participants gain exposure to Malaysia’s parliamentary democracy, governance, economy, and contemporary national issues, while learning directly from respected leaders across public and private sectors.
Each year, 50 to 80 participants are selected to take part in this highly competitive programme. Since its inception, over 1,000 young Malaysians have completed the programme, forming a growing network of future leaders who carry forward Tun Razak’s ideals of integrity, service, and unity.
