For Melwyn Pak, a 2009 alumnus from St. Paul’s Institution, Seremban, the programme reshaped his passion for Computer Science. It showed him that technology is not just about innovation, but about addressing real national challenges and building an inclusive society.
He went on to study Computer Science at Brown University (USA), where he combined his technical training with interests in public policy and social impact. Today, Melwyn works as a Software Architect, developing digital solutions that improve access to government services and education for underserved communities.
Through purpose-driven technology, Melwyn continues to uphold the programme’s vision—using innovation to unite Malaysians and strengthen the nation.

For Charlaine Adrienne Chin, a 2004 alumna from S.M. All Saints, Kota Kinabalu, the programme transformed her understanding of how national unity is protected through justice and the rule of law. Growing up in Sabah, she developed a deep appreciation for Malaysia’s diversity, which the programme helped shape into a commitment to public service.
She went on to earn her LLB (Hons) from Cardiff University, UK, and complete her Bar Vocational Course, with the goal of bringing international legal perspectives home. Today, Charlaine is a practising lawyer specialising in constitutional law and public interest litigation, advocating for underserved communities and upholding fundamental rights.

For Muhammad Noor Firdaus Rosli, a 2001 alumnus from Sekolah Izzuddin Shah, Ipoh, the programme deepened his understanding of Malaysia’s unique dual legal system and the importance of balance in nation-building. Inspired by Tun Razak’s pragmatic approach, he saw the law not as a source of division, but as a tool for unity.
He pursued a dual degree in Civil Law and Shariah Law at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), equipping himself to bridge two important legal frameworks. Today, Firdaus is a legal advisor specialising in Islamic finance and corporate governance, contributing to the growth of ethical, compliant, and sustainable financial structures in Malaysia.
